    6. There are several options available to refund money to you.

    A. We will ask the payment (U.S.) bank for a refund to your card except for tax non-refundable. a. Please send your member ID number ( if you have it), name, email, and phone number to support@dreamhomellcusa.com. We will send the money via Zelle for the mailing fee if the U.S. bank does not take care of the mailing fee.

    b. Or send a check to your home address for the mailing fee. Please use your home address.

    B. Please send your name and email or phone number to support@dreamhomellcusa.com, and we will send the money, including the product cost and mailing fee, via Zelle.

    C. If you do not use Zelle, we will send the check, including the product cost and mailing fee, to your home address.
