Beware, the photos from photographers do not truly represent the real products. Sometimes, the images are distorted to increase their size from a smaller size. We strive to display the colors and images of our products on our website as accurately as possible. That is why we added factory inspection videos to our videos. We highly recommend watching short videos of products, especially those displaying the product from factories, as well as its dimensions, before making a purchase.
Free return of products in good condition within 30 days. Please do not return the products if you have caused broken, non-factory quality issues. Typically, there are extra accessories in the package. Under the warranty years, especially for oversized items in the future, such as sofas, beds, etc., the factory will replace defective parts and expensive small items. If something unusual happens, we will deliver the product to you in the next shipment. Suppose you have minor area issues under warranty years, such as broken faux diamonds or materials. In that case, we will contact factories and send materials to you to fix the minor problem in the next shipment. We will remove the products from our website if quality issues happen so many times with the same supplier, because we take quality products seriously. Please check warranty years on the website. Each factory has different warranty years.
